A former edu-tech entrepreneur and Theravāda monk ordained under the meditation master Pa-Auk Sayadaw, Zhi-Harn brings a rare synthesis: entrepreneurial fire, contemplative depth and rigorous leadership-development expertise.

After a finance degree at the University of Minnesota and a role as VP of Development at a tech startup, he spent seventeen years in monastic training across the Himalayas and Asia — then returned to translate it into secular, high-performance development.

Zong Yuan Lou

Zong Yuan works on the capability that decides whether people and organisations adapt to change or brace against it. An HRD Corp Accredited Trainer and Certified LPI Consultant, he helps leaders and teams see their strengths, blind spots and behavioural patterns — and communicate, influence and decide better under pressure.

His focus is decision quality: catching the biases and mental shortcuts behind a choice, then giving leaders frameworks to think clearly and act with conviction. Eight years in business growth, sales and team development, and NGO leadership since 2011, sit behind work grounded in behavioural science, mindfulness and experiential learning.
